Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. All orders include tracking information so you can follow your package. At this time, we ship within the U.S. only.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
